Increase disbursement of sustained subsidies also expanded support to resume business Corona Virus May 22 at 11:34
In order to support the resumption of businesses such as small and medium-sized enterprises due to the cancellation of the emergency declaration, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has decided to expand its support measures, including increasing the cap on sustained subsidies and other measures to businesses that take measures to prevent infection.
In response to the cancellation of the emergency declaration due to the spread of the new coronavirus, new costs are expected to be incurred to prevent the spread of the disease when companies that have been closed resume their operations.
For this reason, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has increased the cap on sustained subsidies and other subsidies by increasing the maximum limit of 10,000 yen, and has also subsidized the cost of establishing partitions and periodically disinfecting small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors to prevent splashes in offices and stores.
In addition, subsidies that can be used to introduce telework and expand sales channels will be increased from two-thirds to three-quarters of the previous level.
Applications for such support measures will be accepted from the 22nd.
Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Kajiyama said at a press conference on Wednesday that he would like to support businesses that are struggling with new coronavirus infections, and called for the use of the system.
