-STRATEGY, PLAN & IMPEMENTION:
Contribute to develop the local Marketing/Promotions strategy.
Plan and implement or organize Marketing projects and events including trade fairs, national campaigns, promotions, store activation programs, events for customers and pop-up shop etc.
Tracking and analyzing the sales performance and brand campaigns.
Work closely with mainly FSS/SIS/FR to propose a new desirable sales growth activation through event/campaign.
Propose Japan Limited Edition product development coordinated with HQ, Sales team in Japan and WWF in order to enhance brand image and desirability.
-Transform the existing Member’s Club initiative into a real a loyalty / benefits program.Propose a new reward structure and animate it.Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies.
-Facilitate a local, targeted and personalized communication plan.
・Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing
・Sales Promotion of luxury products
・Basic concept and knowledge, experiences of CRM program
・Experience in watch/jewelry or luxury categories business preferred
・Experience of trade/consumer promotion, planning, implementation is preferred
・Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
・Good command of English
