In Tokyo, 42 people were taken to hospital on suspicion of heat stroke by 3 p.m. on the 30th.
According to the Tokyo Fire Department, 42 men and women between the ages of 1 and 98 were transported, and 21 and half were in their 60s or older by age.

One of these women in her 80s has severe symptoms and is at risk of life.
