Client Event Assistant Manager
In this position, you will be in charge of planning and executing client events, pop-ups, handling VIP treatments to enhance sales and client loyalty.
1. Support project management of POP-UPS / Concept Stores
Approximately 4-6 per year.
2. Lead major local events to boost sales
3. Execution of regular client events
4. Client Treatment
5. Haute Couture / VIP communication
6. Update Budget Calendar
Fluent in both English and Japanese
Very high communication skills
Good project management skills to handle several events at a time
Able to travel frequently
Respect towards boutiques, customer-oriented mind
Able to treat high-end clients with hospitality and elegance
Interest in fashion, haute couture, craftsmanship
Advanced Excel, PPT, Word skills
