Operations Manager in Tokyo with Uber

Challenges: Create a scalable account management program to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value of our continuously growing base of SMB merchants.

Scope: Responsible to build out a scalable account management framework for SMB merchants in order to manage the restaurant lifecycle on the Uber Eats platform in a systematic, metric driven fashion. The candidate will utilize their analytical skill set to identify value-add opportunities to increase The lifetime value of our restaurant partners and improve their overall experience on our platform. Core responsibilities will include building out internal tools and processes, creation of restaurant-facing educational content, restaurant-facing communications, and analytical work to help the sales team prioritize upselling activities which move the needle on core business metrics. The candidate will work closely with the Sales and Community Operations teams to drive execution of their go-to-market plan.

Impact: Medium / High –will be instrumental in building up the foundations of a scalable framework to support a significantly larger base of SMB merchant partners.
