Responsible for the overall sales operations in assigned area of responsibility. This includes implementing and / or developing the sales strategies, customer relationships, and specific programs in order to achieve business objectives.
- Manages supervisors and / or employees responsible for design / implementation of programs / processes
- Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs / projects
- Develops, implements solutions to department issues
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and / or individual contributor.
Requires proven skills in leading / managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
