Typhoon No.13 occurred at sea south of Japan on September 27 at 11:08 a.m.

Typhoon No. 13 occurred in the southern sea of Japan at 9 a.m. on the 27th.
According to the observation of the Japan Meteorological Agency, a tropical cyclone was changed to Typhoon No. 13 in the vicinity of Minamitorijima Island in the south of Japan at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th.

The central pressure is 1002 hectopascals, the maximum wind speed near the center is 18 meters, the maximum instantaneous wind speed is 25 meters, and within 460 kilometers of the southeast side of the center and within 185 kilometers of the northwestern side, strong winds with wind speeds of 15 meters or more are blowing.

The typhoon is going northwest at a rate of 10 kilometers per hour and is expected to reach far east of Japan in the morning of the 29th.

The Japan Meteorological Agency is calling for attention to ships passing through the area.
