Seeking for a Skilled VoIP Engineer to support our Insurance Client.
The project will be a System replacement project to investigate any solution that can be effective to reduce their cost from the existing system for our clients call center.
The candidate will be joining from the planning phase
– PBX, IVR and CTI related skills (Avaya is preferred)
– Experience working on VoIP project for IT call center (at least 100 operators)
– Experience in call center / Telephony business or relevant skill experience
– Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
