Role Outline:
The Digital Transformation Project Manager is tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help a Global Medical Device company achieve their business goals. This is a brand new role playing an important part of the company’s digital transformation. You will be reporting to the Head of IT and Digital Transformation in Japan, who has lead large global teams in healthcare for over 20 years. Another key part to your role will be to work with the global IT team in selecting / piloting systems for Japan.

・ Analyze business requirements
・ Provide end-to-end project management, delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
・ Scope project requirements and prepare budget
・ Collaborate with internal IT leadership, vendors and project teams to oversee the design, development and implementation of multiple projects
・ Drive alignment with the strategic goals of the business.
・ Responsible for planning, and holding teams accountable to their commitments
・ Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

Experience-Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BA or Project Management role with good understanding of project management practices and methodologies
–Agile and DevOps experience desirable
–Engineering and / or software development background desirable
–PMP certification
–ITIL certification
–Proficient with Microsoft Suite or Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Windows Suite.
–Experience in back office system management (ERP, operations, HR, Legal and Compliance)
–Analytical skills combined with people skills with the ability to detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts
–Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skills –Ability to drive and lead meetings with users and business leader-s
–Proficient with Microsoft Suite or Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Windows Suite.
–Agile and DevOps experience
–Solid engineering and / or software development background Educational background –Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing or related field Language skills JLPTN2 and above (with relevant use in a business environment)
