The successful candidate needs to be knowledgeable & passionate about secure technology infrastructure, experienced with leading multiple teams , focused on the customer and able to deliver to multiple priorities. The candidate needs to have experience with defining metrics for measuring infrastructure, performance and availability.

–Hire, grow and mentor multiple agile IT engineering teams
–Lead delivery of quarterly OKRs to enable business growth
–Develop and maintain a cohesive engineering strategy across all domains
–Lead teams to develop innovative solutions and products
–Work closely with the Security team to improve the infrastructure security
–Work closely with SRE / Ops team to minimize manual toil
–Work closely with administration teams to automate manual business processes
–Manage relationships with vendors to improve the level of service delivery
–Collaborate with IT departments in or parent automotive group to share information and reuse solutions
–Champion best practices and adoption of common tools
–Establish SLAs and metrics dashboards to track system and operational performance We are looking for someone like this

–Ownership / leadership mindset and obsession with customer experience, reliability and scalability
–Good understanding of ITSM and SRE principles
–Proven track record in launching and maintaining a diversity of IT solutions in large organizations (1000+ employees) Skills PLL QUALIFICATIONS

–Worked on large scale infrastructure environments which spans multiple locations
