Afghan capital Kabul armed group attack university, kills 19 November 3 at 12:02 a.m.

At least 19 people, including students, have been killed and more than 20 injured in an attack on a university by armed groups in The Afghan capital Kabul.
According to the Afghan government, there was a major explosion near Kabul University in kabul, the capital, shortly after, when armed groups broke into the university grounds.

The perpetrators were in a shootout with security forces who rushed after the shooting, and according to the Interior Ministry, at least 19 people, including students, have been killed and more than 20 injured and treated in hospital.

Three attackers were believed to have been shot dead by security forces on the spot.

According to local media, there were hundreds of students and teachers in the university’s school at the time of the incident.

So far, no criminal statement has been issued.

Meanwhile, the Taliban, an insurgent group that is in talks with the government for a ceasefire, issued a statement denying the crime after the incident.

In Afghanistan, there have been a series of terrorist attacks and attacks by the extremist group IS-Islamic State and other organizations, and the deterioration of security continues to be unstoppable.
