Responsible for the merchandising strategic plan and vision that supports long-term and in-season strategic initiatives as determined by senior management,
Delivery of a thoughtful regional analysis to inform the global HQ team. Summarizing the findings of competitive market, store visits and reviews through the product filter as well as cross-functional inputs from the business and performance.
Work cross-functionally throughout the seasonal product process with the Global Merchandising, Regional Retail and Communication team in order to bring a cohesive, cross-merchandised, market desirable line with compelling story telling to the market.
Support the successful sell-in and sell-through of the regional seasonal product line via close collaboration with retail,
Responsible for the Visual merchandising to maintain a compelling store view which links to the story telling of the season.
- Merchandising experience in luxury fashion industry
- Number driven and analytic mindset characteristic
- Having to have experience in all categories
- Strong people management skills
- Vision and motivation to drive the business forward –strategic mindset for winning the luxury market
- Computer / Excel skills
- Language: Fluent level both in Japanese and English
