Job Description:

The EC System Consultant will be responsible to support the merchants by solving different issues in order to increase their sales. Some example issues are:

  • Know and explain the merchants about the EC operation flow
  • Know how to integrate their EC system to Company
  • Develop efficient inventory management for multi-channel (like an original site and other EC mall)
  • Know & explain the system integration on payment and shipment
  • Develop the system integration with the merchant’s warehouse
  • Know the best Company Merchant System Service Square Partner to solve their issue
  • Introduce and sell partner system services and tools to our merchants
  • Help merchants to register products efficiently
  • Register many products efficiently
  • Reduce shipment operation cost due to a spike in sales
  • Reduce operation cost for multi-channel and consider inventory management
  • Make page creation easy to reduce cost


  • A merchant or EC Consultant request us a system consultation
  • We define their issue and problem through the interview on site, telephone or mail
  • We make a proposal to solve their issue and problem using our solutions (RMS, FTP / CSV, API) and partner’s solution
  • We provide technical support for the merchant and develop an integration or rethink their operations -Merchant -Shop owner and operator -Developer (In-house or outsource)
  • We will not do the project. We have contacts with many people inside and outside the company.

Preferred Qualification

  • E-Commerce experience (Especially Company)
  • Knowledge of retail
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce trends
  • Make a operating flows and visualize business operation
  • Understanding and knowledge of web application development
  • Experience or understanding of system integration using SOAP / REST type API
  • Experience in Project management of difficult projects
  • Always have a problem consciousness and mind to repeat improvements
