HR Business Partner
As part of the Human Resources team, you will support retail team by hiring new staffs, managing employee relations and other various topics related to stores being the good partner of the retail managers.
Report to HR Manager
SUPPORT THE BUSINESS by:
Being the business partner for Retail managers:
In charge of approximately 12 stores / corners mainly on West side of Japan.
Coordinate and challenge organization plans (employee store transfer, promotions, demotions)
Manage monthly / annual head counts.
Manage hiring interviews and processes.
Handle Employee related issues.
Japanese: Native level
English: Business level (speaking and writing)
Previous experience in HR Business Partner field
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Business Oriented and interest in luxury / fashion
Strong sense of responsibilities
Ability to work independently
