JOB TITLE: PR Manager
REPORTING TO: Marketing General Manager
Responsible for raising and maintaining dunhill brand image, also to implement as PR activities to expose brand and products. This position needs to plan and operate PR / Communication strategy according to brand’s / division’s objectives and strategies.
–Plan and manage the annual media plan together with Marketing GM and liaise with as well as evaluate the Richemont-appointed media agency as required.
–Implementing PR activities based on brand / company / division strategy.
–Create PR materials and tools.
–Manage sample leasing to acquire coverage in media.
–Maintain and develop good relationship with journalists, KOLs, publishers, stylists and brand ambassadors.
–Plan and manage PR evens.
–Manage PR budget.
–Report to Marketing General Manager and PR Division at Headquarter.
–Work Experience of 5-10 years in PR / Event, at least, having strong relation with media.
–Have a proactive and creative working mind.
–Able to work in teams and accomplish team goals.
–Can-do attitude with high strategic sense of business.
–Strong in team building and communication
–Computer Skills: Above intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
–Language skills: Conversation, Reading & Writing in English / Japanese – Business level
