Challenges: Create more scalable processes to support the needs of our growing number of Enterprise clients at a high level of quality.
Scope: Responsible to standardize, and optimize or automate processes we use to support the operational and business needs of our growing portfolio of Enterprise restaurant clients in Japan while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service. by collaborating with the team lead to develop joint business plans for some of our largest Enterprise clients.
Impact: Medium / High –will be instrumental in building up the foundations of a scalable framework to support a significantly larger base of Enterprise restaurants partners.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
- 2-7 years of experience in operations / sales / account management / consulting role in a start-up, tech company, platform business, or similar
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Native / Business Japanese a must, Business level English a strong plus
Great to have
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL a plus
- Track record of outperforming metrics-based business goals
