Your Team

The Financial Business Partner will directly support the Sr. Manager. He / She will provide key analytical support to Sr. Manager regarding financial management, planning, budgeting, and variance analysis in order to help profitably grow the business and understand key drivers.

What You Will Do

  • Perform monthly reporting duties for management review
  • Analyze and evaluate the company’s operating results and financial position
  • Analyze options for the company to improve on its expenses or business execution
  • Plan, develop, prepare and maintain company budgets
  • Forecast accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, capital and expense projections
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; prefer degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Work experience in globally operated company (ie Foreign company experience is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar type position
  • Bilingual (Japanese native & business level English) in speaking, reading and writing
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP is preferred; knowledge of BW or a BI analytic environment preferred
  • Strong analytical, excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
  • Must have displayed timely and accurate work

  • Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
