Description: In the role of Senior Manager, Security & Compliance Customer Success you will be responsible for working on various customer-facing activities ensuring customer understanding and accepting of our security controls and processes. You may also manage others to support similar activities. You will be working with customers from regulated industries particularly from the financial services industry to address their security and compliance related inquiries.
Host and manage complex customer security reviews from Salesforce customers and prospect customers in the Japan region.
Present security and compliance related topics to customers at the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) as well as via conference calls.
Present to Salesforce security and compliance approach to regulators in the Japan region such as FISC.
Assist Legal organization to negotiate security and compliance language for Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
Provide direction to the Sales team on customer security questionnaires.
Publish and maintain customer facing security and compliance documents and white papers.
Provide input to product management and engineering organizations with customer generated requests.
Provide security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations (pre / post Sales, Sales, etc.).
Drive process improvement via leveraging the Salesforce platform.
Work independently as well as part of a team.
Required Experience / Skills
High level fluency in both Japanese and English languages (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
8 years (min) experience within a Global On-demand environment with a focus on security and compliance.
Comprehensive knowledge of current risks & security frameworks and trends.
5 years (min) of customer facing presentations to’C’ level executives and technical experts.
Good interpersonal and interdepartmental teaming / partnering skills.
Willingness and ability to travel to domestic and international locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Knowledge of various compliance audit and security certifications (ISO 27K, PCI, etc.) strongly preferred.
BS Degree in Computer Science / Technology related field or Relevant work Experience preferred.
High level fluency in Korean language (in addition to required Japanese & English skills) preferred.
