Jewelry Product Assistant Manager
■ MAIN PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Jewelry Group Manager, create, communicate and deliver value to customers by developing marketing strategies in coordination with other departments and shaping future market offerings for the Jewelry category.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
・ Key responsibility 1: Capture marketing insights
Develop insights into local marketing trends: macro environment (demographic, economic, technological, trends …) and microenvironment (customers, competition …)
Involvement in Marketing Intelligence System.
・ Key responsibility 2: Develop marketing strategies and plans
Under the supervision of the Jewelry Group Manager, create a strategic plan for the category he / she will be responsible for (in depth assessment; ie where we are, where we go, brands & product strategy).
Create sales forecasts (BU / LE) by collection.
Identify potential long-term opportunities (sources of future growth, forward thinking) with the team.
-1 ~ 2 years Marketing and / or Communications experience in retail or luxury experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Retail / Marketing field
Experience in Jewelry business is a plus
Analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Native Japanese and Fluency in English is a must; French ability is a plus.
Advanced level of PC skills
