Network Intelligence Coordinator Assistant Manager
■ MAIN PURPOSE:
The role of the Network Intelligence and Planning is to evolve the Retail Business through analysis & planning. This Network Intelligence Coordinator is a key position to ensure an accurate and up-to-date Market Intelligence to develop / review the Retail network strategy.
He / she will work directly with Network Intelligence and Planning Manager and interact with the other team member (s) to develop / review the retail network strategy & drive any retail related projects by gathering any data / information and providing intelligence.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1: Retail Business Intelligence
Generate Retail insights from large sets of retail data and identify business opportunities / threats
Follow-up of Retail sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and monitor the Retail KPIs to support Management decisions
Coordinate and implement concise and consistent retail reporting and business analysis
Assist with ad-hoc numerical modeling requests
Retail experience (ideally in Boutiques)
4-5 years relevant experience in Network Intelligence, Area Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business development, etc is preferred
IT skill (Microsoft Office) – Excel proficiency
Strong Listening and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Business analysis skill with strategic thinking
Digital tools savvy (Apps, Social Media…)
Fluent in Japanese and English.
