■ Responsibilities
⚫ Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for all hiring activity across the area of ​​responsibility, for both store & office positions
⚫ Monitor FTE evolution and forecast the hiring needs in collaborating with People Partners (PP).
⚫ Develop and introduce unique sourcing strategies and hiring plans for specific requisitions. Reflect them on to recruiting budget and propose.
⚫ Build strong business knowledge and integrate into strategies for sourcing and attracting talents

⚫ Solid expertise of talent acquisition; identify and source right candidates, screen and interview for all level of positions, ideally in Retail industry.
⚫ Experience and demonstrated creative thinking in HR projects. Sense of commitment to the organization and passion for placing candidates.
⚫ Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross-group collaboration, and high level of Japanese / English language ability.
