I am a director of PR marketing for European fashion luxury brands.
Public Relations / Communications
Actively seek opportunities to increases brand awareness and visibility and elevate the brand’s image controlling quality of free coverage. Develop and maintain strong relationship with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, and celebrities… etc.
Media Planning and Buying
Plan and manage strategic media plan needed to ensure the maximum brand visibility and SOV in
media. Analyze results and act flexibly to achieve the goal.
Develop new marketing approach through local digital and social activities for both owned and
–Work closely with HQ to share corporate missions.
–Understand brand’s vision and appealing in the best way possible in a way that is relevant for local market
–Reporting to HQ on all communication results and initiatives
–Call / meeting with HQ on a regular basis
–Work closely and cross functionally with other teams (such as Retail, MD and VMD)
Qualifications / Required Experience / Characteristics
–Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury brand strategy and marketing communications with
–Experience of working cross functionally in a collaborative environment
–Native level Japanese and Business level English skills
–Well developed PC skills
–Deep understanding and extensive network in fashion industry
–Curiosity and knowledge of new media
–Strong communication skills in both verbal and written with all levels of the organization
–Proactive, self-motivated, high passion and energy and outgoing personality is a plus
–Strong leadership and management skills
