Media Assistant Manager
■ Business content:
Support overall advertising activities (Print, OOH, Digital including SEM)
Communicate with HQ on a daily basis to align with the global strategy
Communicate with advertising agency
Work closely with PR, E-commerce and Social Media Content team for 360 integrated activities
Execute advertising campaigns (scheduling and material preparation)
Update media plan system
Making monthly social report
Making OOH report (on demand)
Making advertising calendar to share internally
Understanding well Japanese media environment including digital (mandatory)
Over 5 years of advertising industry
Experience of luxury industry is plus
Digital Advertising literacy
Analytic mind and strong with numbers
A quick learner
Native level of Japanese and business level in English
PC Skill (Mid-level of excel, PPT)
Cropping photos for adv use purpose
Transportation expenses, various social insurance, employee discount system, etc.
120 days of annual holidays, two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, paid holidays, etc.
