・ 5-10 years of experience in retail management
・ Proven leadership; ability to drive retail sales teams
・ Understanding of customer and market requirements

・ Excellent inter-personal skills with flexibility and adaptability
・ Creative to imagine and design new action plans to develop the business
・ Business English, Fluency in Japanese
・ PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
