Job offer: Customer Support in Tokyo with SWIFT


About the Role
In line with Division objectives and under instructions and monitoring of a more senior engineer: Resolve administrative and business related queries and problems on SWIFT’s services to external customers.

What to expect:

  • Resolve and report on customer / vendor queries and problems (mainly on orders and billing issues) through phone calls and emails
  • Troubleshoot and quickly diagnose less complex problems in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) / key performance indicators and propose measures to prevent recurrence
  • Draft customer incident / problem reports and handle customer complaints under guidance of more senior staff / manager
  • Contribute in continously improving the working environment, participate in problem solving and deep dive sessions and propose / implement necessary changes
  • Maintain client relationships by establishing close working relationships with key contacts in the client’s organization, the SWIFT service manager and the SWIFT account manager

What will make you successful:

  • University degree in IT or business related
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service fro any industry
  • High proficency in written and spoken in English (TOEIC 800 / above) and Japanese (N2 / above) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and customer centric
  • Proactive, take ownership and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Experience in SAP, salesforce will be a plus
  • Working hours: 9am to 530pm (Mon to Fri)
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Junior Customer Support Executive
